She used to be called Blanc de Noirs, which made people a bit afraid of her. Yet this is one up-front and open lady. Pure juice from direct-pressed whole bunches of Pinot Noir, intense and independent. Just like other members of the Pinot family, she gets along well with oak barrels. Looking so young and fresh, you’d never judge that she’s been with us for a while; now that she’s started to properly live up to her name, everybody has come to love her the way we always have.
