Riesling

We started to get along when we abandoned all the official styles that Riesling offers and started to make it our own way. We stopped being afraid of skins and barrels, and got rid of unnecessary sulfur. When tasting the very first small batch of natural Riesling that we tried to make, the enthusiastic Milan N. asked us why we didn’t make all our wines that way. Marek Sr. told him back then that it was very important for us to understand what exactly we were doing and how, so that we could do it a little better every time. To Milan: we make them all like that today.
